At Alchemist Seafoods we are very proud of our fish. After over 30 years in the fishing business I have learned a little bit about quality.  It is our pleasure to be able to offer salmon which are "Processed at Sea".  PAS insures that your fish is of the highest quality.  Normally our fish is caught, processed, and in the freezers within 12 hours. This insures that you will receive the best product possible.  If you are a smoked salmon fan, smile, our smoked salmon comes from the same PAS fish.
